ਉਲਟਤ ਪਵਨ ਚਕ੍ਰ ਖਟੁ ਭੇਦੇ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਸੁੰਨ ਅਨਰਾਗੀ ॥ उलटत पवन चक्र खटु भेदे सुरति सुंन अनरागी ॥ Ultaṯ pavan cẖakar kẖat bẖeḏe suraṯ sunn anrāgī. I turned my breath inwards, and pierced through the six chakras of the body, and my awareness was centered on the Primal Void of the Absolute Lord.
