We inhale ,,,,hearing and exhale in speaking,,,,,,,,......we inhale/import....touch....and exhale grasping........we inhale/imports,,,,sight ....and exhale in movement......similarly we inhale/import....taste and export/exhale in procreation......we inhale smell and exhale in elimination......these 5 senses are happening simultaneously....in our AWAKE state....daily....lets explore the thought center.s....they are in lower 5 chakras....hearing and speaking lies in ..VISHUDDA CHAKRA...here ETHER is the element ..we hear from 20-20K herts .....and speak loudest at around 100 Decibles.....we have to only withdraw/inhale.....speech...speaking part without cognising hearing within 20-20,000 hertz.......this can be done by the inhaled breath......rt now.....and ...exhale in the substratum of this 20-20K Hertz...and that is sound principal in realm of...element ETHER...where the sound of unstruck sound is prevailing.....all around.....................by this we are reversing our daily breath....thats.............................................................................................................. ਉਲਟਤ ਪਵਨ ਚਕ੍ਰ ਖਟੁ ਭੇਦੇ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਸੁੰਨ ਅਨਰਾਗੀ ॥

उलटत पवन चक्र खटु भेदे सुरति सुंन अनरागी ॥

Ultaṯ pavan cẖakar kẖat bẖeḏe suraṯ sunn anrāgī. I turned my breath inwards, and pierced through the six chakras of the body, and my awareness was centered on the Primal Void of the Absolute Lord. ..SGGS-P-333....HENCE THE LOWER CHAKRAS.....muldhara,,,,swadhiseana.....manipura.....anhatta....vishudda.....stands exposed....as well as their visual co-ordinator....AGNA the false king the mind.....thus chakras essence is revealed.ie.....earth....water.....fire....air....ether.................that's

 

 

SAHASARA is nothing else,,,,,,,,,but the supra heart.................

When the mind passes through the brain and the five

senses, the names and forms [of this world] are projected

out from within. When the mind abides in the

Heart, they return and lie buried there......ramana

THE HEART IS THE SELF
D: Sri Bhagavan speaks of the heart as the seat of
Consciousness and as identical with the Self. What
does the heart exactly signify?
M: The question about the heart arises because you are
interested in seeking the source of consciousness.
To all deep thinking minds, the enquiry about the
‘I’ and its nature has an irresistible fascination.
Call it by any name, God, Self, the heart or the seat
of Consciousness, it is all the same. The point to be
grasped is this, that Heart means the very core of
one’s being, the Centre, without which there is
nothing whatever.

D: But Sri Bhagavan has specified a particular place for
the heart within the physical body, that it is in the
chest, two digits to the right from the median.
M: Yes, that is the centre of spiritual experience
according to the testimony of Sages. This spiritual
heart-centre is quite different from the blood propelling,
muscular organ known by the same name.
The spiritual heart-centre is not an organ of the
body. All that you can say of the heart is that it is the
very core of your being. That with which you are really identical (as the word in Sanskrit literally
means), whether you are awake, asleep or dreaming,
whether you are engaged in work or immersed in
Samadhi.
